August 11, 2020 - A new style for me for white burgundy. Undervalue white. Though not as okay as I expected, the smoothness and citrus hint of pear, lemon and some buttery feel to it make up this newly discovered favorite white of mine for now. Paired with Chinese style seafood such as white cream crab vermicelli and Chinese style fried calamari make the wine super enjoyable!
