  August 9, 2020 - What a Carmenere blend with petit verdot! Right balance and easy to drink with medium acidity and tannin body structure. Fruity, flora and plum just explode when first opened. Hint of spices and wet forest floor as well. Pull and pour, paired with black pepper smoked cheese and Parmesan. Enjoyable session with friend.
