August 28, 2020 - Tonight with pan seared halibut. Pale gold green. Sea breeze nose. Vibrant and exceedingly fresh lemon citrus with hint of tangerine with classic minerality and salinity. Ran into some premox with a recent 2010 Mileu VV causing me to open this sooner than planned. No regrets, its drinking great now. Happily this btl was in excellent condition and I have a couple more.
