  September 9, 2020 - Concentrated aromas of lemon, honeydew melon, yellow plum, with honey, leesy notes, white flowers, sea salt. On the palate, this shows pristine acidity contrasted with chunky, richly-textured fruit (melon, lemon, peach). Honeyed and deep and leesy but still bright and clear, with this salinity and mineral, oyster shell tones. Stoked to see how this ages.
