  September 12, 2020 - Light Yellow straw colour and a wonderful citrus bouquet of lemon, grapefruit and freshly cut grass. Lovely complexity with flavours of crisp granny smith apples, passion-fruit, buttery, light oak to finish. Wonderfully balanced, it's like springtime in a glass.
