  September 15, 2020 - Very Soft. Black licorice on a long finish. Matchbook mouthfeel. Was good with pasta with beans, bacon and red sauce on night one. Was worried that it might be too sweetish on night two, but it was every bit as good if not better with moist meatloaf muffin, roasted brussels sprouts and delicata squash. This would be killer with a steak.
