  September 17, 2020 - my last of five... so nice to taste an (somewhat) older white burg and have it be both matured and still bright overall... this wine is at peak and was pleased the dinner guests!... not like a PYCM 2017 -- it nonetheless has enough lift / acidity to carry the beautiful minerality in the juice, and - like many '07's - its edges were rounded but in only the nicest of ways
