  September 18, 2020 - 60% Grenache Gris and 40% Macabeu from an isolated 0.5ha parcel. Macerated for one month and then aged in an amphora. 10.5%.
  
  The perfumed sour red fruit, the freshness... it drinks so well right now, I just love it! So unique but so delicious.
  
  There is some noticeable grip though. There is also some VA but for me it just uplifts the fruit in a good way.
  
  Holds very well in an open bottle till the next day.
