  September 18, 2020 - Bright clear red colour. Cherries, kirsch and liquorice on nose. Similar in flavour with a bit of sarsaparilla. Light in the mouth but very long finish. Layered. Would be hard to pick this as a Barossa shiraz - so atypical of the type. Drinking very well - probably near its best. Very enjoyable.
