September 17, 2020 - Not sure about the aging requirement from Sonoma. But since it’s 2018 I reckon 2 years is the min. Young and fruity and ready to drink. High acidity/alcohol and medium tannin create a slightly sweeter content but goes very well with my crispy roasted pork belly. Not much layer and depth. Hint of blackberry and some herb and perhaps slight hint of oak. Enjoyable overall and good QBR.
