  September 26, 2020 - Wish I had the opportunity to drink this 5 years ago. Right now, it’s definitely on the downside. Surprised the cork came out in 1 piece. Definitely seeing a fair amount of oxidation. Deep golden color; lots of toasted caramel on the nose. Negligible fruit. Nuts and some baking spice flavors. Surprising acidity on the finish.
