  September 30, 2020 - From bought organic grapes, but within the same wineyard as it's own fruit.
  
  Day 1: Lovely black currant fruit, juicy. A bit funky volatile, but in a good way to uplift the fruit. I love it.
  Da 2+: Slightly oxidized, completely changed, but with a solid structure for the next couple of days.
  
  Overall: A steal for 12 Euro.
