  September 30, 2020 - I'm told this bottling is comprised of very young vines, and I think that showed. Loads of peach, red apple, warming up to lychee, pear, and white flowers. It could use a touch more acidity, and as it warms a bit of oak pops through. Overall, it was a tasty bottle that was a pleasure to drink, but next to the Xnovo, it just lacked another layer of complexity. Would love to see where this bottling goes as the vine matures.
