  October 4, 2020 - The wine was deep Ruby at the core and pale ruby at the rim. There was no sediment and the wine was opaque. Viscosity was high.
  On the nose there was medium intensity and aromas of tiramisu, anise, sour cherry, licorice warming spices, and cherry blossom chocolates.
  I tasted black cherries, tobacco, anise and chocolate as well as tiramisu. The tannins were high acidity was medium with a medium finish and medium alcohol. The wine was well-balanced and it was medium to full body.
