  October 3, 2020 - Chilled, opened, poured a tiny glass, closed, put in freezer for 20 minutes, then tasted.
  Nose: Forrest honey and citric zest framed in a chill, watery frame. Like Christmas cookies dipped in clean seawater.
  
  Oily texture, quite sweet, moderate acidity. Forrest honey again. Tiny bit salty.
  Long finish.
  This has blown all six of us away from nose to finish.
