  October 5, 2020 - Great wine, but needs to be decanted and filtered. Opens up nicely with dark fruit. The tannins soften after decanting for at least 1/2 hour. Paired perfectly with a red sauce pasta dish, as well as with dessert, a chocolate cake :)
