  November 28, 2008 - 2 hours of air turn this into a gorgeous bottle of wine. Definitely quite drinkable. There will be those that want to wait until this wine is ten years older to drink it, but it's quite (quite, quite) pleasant as a fruity, complex, grippy young Bordeaux. Highly recommended.
