  October 14, 2020 - Dark color, nice bouquet, opened slowly, lots of swirling flavors, slightly bitter tannins, medium bodied, drank easily but never came together fully, drank with NJ strip steak, might drink again.

  10/16/20, 7:24 PM - No decant, I usually do not decant, only for wines with lots of sediment.
  Food is very important to me. I cook every night and choose the wine that should work with the food.
