  October 14, 2020 - The best wine I've had all year!
  Huge mouth-filling flavors amd aromas in the very dark liquid; Cassis, blackberry, of black fruit, almonds, pencil shavings. Round and soft on the palate in spite of a nearly 16% abv! Opulent dark cherry, jam, and caramel lead to a velvety finish. There's a long life ahead for this wine and I wish I had a case.
  Decanted, very little sediment, served at about 60F with Prime Rib at home.
