October 16, 2020 - First bottle from half case. This is a bit bigger than the 2015. Nice pink color, raspberry and citrus on the nose. Same on the palate, very dry, lots of acidity, crisp, flinty, and probably a little early. This should improve some with a little more time in the bottle.

10/16/20, 9:33 AM - Always interested in pink bubbles. England is now producing some beautiful examples. Funny thing though didn’t like champagne then tried Pink Krug devine !
Now have a taste for the better stuff with a few years bottle age. Unfortunately the price means it might be only be once or twice a year !
