  October 18, 2020 - Enjoyable wine, particularly the very lovely nose, which shows a diverse array of dark and bright red fruit, mineral tones, and a complex savory sense that comes in and out. The palate however is not as strong, never as complex, and in fact feels a bit dilute across the mid palate, where there often feels to be nothing other than a lead/mineral taste. I enjoyed this bottle and I make these comments only because after the gorgeous nose, the palate comes off as wanting. And because if this were a $15 bottle I’d be thrilled. But it’s twice that.
