  November 8, 2020 - Restrained but delicate nose of strawberries, wood, anise, forest floor and something undefinable but very pleasant and elegant. Elegant is the word to describe the palate also, slim and long. Tannins seem to be completely resolved. Would have wished a more expressive nose. I am uncertain whether this will evolve or should be drunk now (I chose the latter).
