  November 9, 2020 - i dug it. has none of the exuberant fruit one would expect in a 2009; it has a quiet elegance showing a wine aging in balance without being flashy. i get the sense of stems being part of the inclusion in this wine, which gives it a rusticity in an old school burgundian kind of way. not at all dirty; i found it to be a clean wine; but i found it particularly interesting especially after tasting some of the overly pure wines made by the next generation in the region.
