  November 14, 2020 - Tasty on day 1, delicious on day 2. Day 2 was a dead ringer for an extremely well made Burgundy. The earth and savory notes were up front, with plenty of fresh dark red fruit underlying. This will be fun to drink for several years at least but if you've got some time to follow it go ahead and pop one now!
