  November 11, 2020 - Pale, clear garnet. On the nose- red fruit - raspberry. Palate includes the fruit plus a slight hint of stewed rhubarb. Nice mouth watering, high acidity. Hints of oak/mild cedar with a tart finish.
  
  Light red - good with cheese and crackers and excellent Greek take out (Apollonia Restaurant)
