November 7, 2020 - Tried this wine over two nights, as the first night it was tight and locked down as if in a pandemic ;) - showed little aromatics, and its earthy, brambly, and peppery palate showed only hints of dark fruit and dried meats. The second night its aromatics revealed more dried herbs, curred meats, white pepper, and some dark cassis notes. Indicative of a cool climate Syrah, but I've had better and will drink better in the future. I wanted to enjoy this wine, but it was work to do so.

11/21/20, 2:52 PM - I think this is too young - at least for my taste. If you have more, I’d revisit in 2025-26.

11/21/20, 5:17 PM - Yeah, I'd agree. Way too young. That's all I've got at this time, might have a 2015 hiding in the cellar. Going to wait on that, too!
