  November 22, 2019 - Intense white. I wouldn't call this rustic, but it is a bit less elegant than its cousins right next to it. Not a bad thing though.
  
  Dry, med+ acid, med+ body and intensity. Baked apples, honey-roasted nuts, salt, butter, butterscotch - everything combined in a creamy texture and very persistent aftertaste. Incredible.

  2/3/21, 11:18 PM - Yeah should probably have been a bit more precise here. I am overall referring to both Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, but mainly to Ramonet's portfolio in Chassagne.
