  November 27, 2020 - Decanted 2 hours to go with beef shank stew on red wine sauce. Very elegant floral nose with stewed cheery and blackcurrant. Oaky but not overly dominant. Tobacco and cinnamon. Peppy spice. Tannic finish. Could improve for 2+ years on bottle.
