  October 30, 2020 - Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo. Dark nose of blackcurrant and plum wine, with a hint of Chinese sausage. Lean mouthfeel, with strong acidity and little tannin. Flavours of cola and blackcurrant cordial, with a wedge of lemon. Mostly seems too dark and intense, but it's saved by that acidic lemon wedge character that comes through on the finish.
