  November 30, 2020 - This really comes across as a racy, lighter-weight, classic kabinett. Candied lemon on the nose, followed by a palate of fresh peach and cantaloupe, with a bit of citrus pith and a background note of currant. The residual sugar is contained by bracing acidity. The finish seems like it’s going to fade out quickly, but after initially diminishing, ends up lingering for a surprising amount of time. All in all, an unsubtle but super-tasty wine. Bottled under screw cap, so enjoy it young.
