  December 7, 2020 - Decanted for 30 minutes, drank over two hours, paired with Eleven Madison Park roast duck. On the nose, this is strikingly reminiscent of Oregon Pinot Noir: dark cherries, earth, clove, citrus pith, and, especially, pine needle. Similar on the palate, with perhaps a bit more cranberry, raspberry, and citrus. The acidity is mouthwatering, with fine, resolved tannins and no noticeable alcohol. Well balanced. This is a delicious, interesting wine, still strikingly fresh. Will drink well for many years to come. Wish I had more.
