  December 8, 2020 - Very primary upon opening, it shows fresh red berry and herbal notes with high acidity. After 1h in the decanter, the acidity softens a bit and it gives up some maraschino cherry (the tannin makes it feel like chewing the skin of a cherry) and black raspberry, finishing with dried herbs and dust.
