  December 3, 2020 - Dark gold/bronze colour. Medium-bodied, muted at first with some buttery notes, but develops a densely mineral/stone mid palate, resonating and rippling out as it warms. Fantastic structure, with great breadth and depth. Day two shows more prominent acidity, with stone fruit notes. Splendid, especially for a village wine.
