December 12, 2020 - Color: light gold, nose: sweet classic mead smell, a bit yeasty, vanilla, a bit of a cheddar. Taste: green apple that quickly hits a bitter note then medium tannins on the back end. Balanced mouth feel with nice acidity and alcohol doesn’t stand out.
