  December 13, 2020 - The wine was drank two nights. In the first night, the candied raspberry came out immediately, and a hint of smokiness was also there. On the palate, the tartness provided freshness, and the silky tannin offered a fairly long finish. However, in the second day, the components were integrated together. The sugar smell, the red fruits, and the tartness, and the mature tannin all worked with each other. The whole wine became a total package. Even though this is not a big and complex wine, it was a real deal on any aspect.
