December 18, 2020 - Very good, best on day 3. A little disjointed and fat on day 1 but really came together with air and time. Day 3 is now all flowers, petrichor, crispy apples and pears, ginger, fennel, minerals and acidity. Super aromatic, great length and freshness. Highly recommended.
