  December 22, 2020 - Opened this about 3 hours before drinking and decanted for about 90 minutes. sitting across the table from it while it decanted it was already obvious this bottle was a winner. the deep red fruit aromas were heady and inviting. the nose in the glass was still absolutely youthful and vibrant, with a palate that was balanced out by a nice earthy truffle/mushroom note as it sits in secondary phases. this bottle has entered a great drinking window, but this is a marathon runner thats just hitting its stride.
