December 24, 2020 - Decanted 9 hours in cellar, then slow ox 7 hours on kitchen counter and finally 2 hours back in decanter. Needed all of that to strut it stuff. It was absolutely gorgeous with lots of dark fruit and dime slight herbaceousness. Perfectly paired with USDA Prime Prime Rib it was perfect balance of elegant and fruit. Top 5 woty for me. Happy to have a bunch more in the cellar
