  December 24, 2020 - At Xtmas with turkey, tasted it at the owner place, Éguisheim, and was very pleasant.
  After a year, it is awesome !! Quite sweet but just not too much, and very equilibrated with the rest, which is a very classic Gewurz, the nose being a dream. At the palate, quite elegant and typical with the characteristic herbaceous flavor !
  At the end of 2020, it was at its peak, and the feeling is that it could stand still a few years !
