  December 25, 2020 - What a beautiful bottle from the outstanding 2005 vintage. On the nose, classic margaux of fields of flowers, red fruit, milk chocolate with oak nicely integrated. On the palette, it’s beautifully balanced with the tannins well integrated and little notice of alcohol. Perfect at 13.5%. Medium to full body of red fruit and blueberries. Not overripe or over the top but mellow and gentle. Makes you want to keep drinking. The finish is medium and lasts about 30 seconds. Have said this in previous notes. This is absolutely why I love Bordeaux Wine. Aged and delicious. Enjoyed with our Christmas Turkey Dinner.
