December 25, 2020 - Half the bottle tonight and half tomorrow. Beautiful nose and super smooth on the palate. Lovely finish and just a really lovely wine. Not too bold, easy to cocktail if you wish but great paired with grilled filet and mushrooms as well. Anxious to see if any deep/savory notes tomorrow.
