  December 25, 2020 - Baby Caymus Special Select. If you like this kind of thing...tannins completely resolved, so flabby and soft. Black cherry, black olive, just a hint of chocolate and mint on the palate and finish. Good balance; opulent and soft finish. Much better with food. Sure to crowd please, but fairly pedestrian. Glad I purchased on release, but not worth what they say it costs on wine-searcher.
