  December 27, 2020 - opened for about an hour.
  lots of pepper-white,black, pick your color.
  strong oak on the nose, well balanced wine. similar to my previous note.
  id say this has about 6-8 years left depending on the style you prefer.

  12/27/20, 8:57 AM - We opened this specific bottle just this weekend, but gave it 4.5 hours in a decanter before starting. I didn't take an initial sip upon opening, but based upon the nose, would imagine it being too tightly wound for my tastes at the time. If you have a chance (i.e. extra bottles), you might want to check on these getting an extended amount of air. Truly an incredible wine...
