  December 31, 2020 - Near perfection. Sublime and well wounded. Cherries, in a sweet, not tart way. Solid balsamic acidicity and emergent tannins. Clear traces of vanilla and cocoa. That telltale Spanish cellar like bouquet is just starting to emerge. Will inprove over the next decade or two. Really good already. Bought this one in Hetta, Enontekiö, Finland. Google where that is! As far North as anything in Alaska.
