  December 31, 2020 - Cork crumbled, but wine was fantastic. Young and vibrant nose of berry, cherry, cedar, violet. Integrated tannins with just enough acid to clear the palate

  1/1/21, 5:34 AM - Decanted through a metal sieve and cheese cloth. ;) plenty of aeration, but PnP might have been okay. Not much sediment in the bottle
