  December 31, 2020 - Decanted, took 2 hours to find itself, was pretty shut down before that point.
  Once open for business, this was a a very full textured Syrah with an exotic array of orchard and berry fruits (peach, wild strawberry, cherry) with deep smoky undertones. Oak spice featured prominently but was part of the composition. Meaty and complex on the nose, the wine is more about the palate with its unctuous texture, spice tones, and length.
  
  Hard to tell how exciting this wine will be in ten+ years. It has the structure for sure, but perhaps still better now and for the next few years? I won't rush on the other two, nor will I hoard them for 20 years.
