  January 1, 2021 - Brick color edge, dark red.
  Open perfume of truffles, cigarbox, leather and darker fruit. A lot of barnyard.
  Taste medium intense, old style, not so immediate. Like a backward Bordeaux St. estephe from a not so warm year.
  We where in doubt, if this was only opening up or as some was saying over the hill.
