  December 31, 2020 - I just love this wine, for one thing you can enjoy it almost immediately, for its delicious raspberry fruit. I kept this to see how it developed, and it is still very good, now with more complexity, adding forest floor and nuttiness to the fruit flavors (now less prominent in the mix). Very long, slim and elegant on the palate, and works wonders with baked chicken. You may argue that this wine is best appreciated young, but as revealed tonight, it tastes deliciously after a few years also, and may perhaps keep well for even longer.
