  December 30, 2020 - Tasted double blind. This wine has a good freshness without being too acidic but lacks a bit of complexity and precision and especially charm.
  
  TN: Rather backward nose with minerality, apple and some smoke notes. The palate is medium expressive with ok concentration but little complexity. Some minerality and stone fruit, some citrus. Just a tiny hint of sweet fruit towards the rather short finish. Good fresh structure. But not that harmonious and rather in the astringent side of things.
  
  Decanting: Decanted and served, no extensive decanting needed.
