January 7, 2021 - Light straw colour with substantial green sprinkles. Fresh lemon, orange peel, coing and hazelnut nose with washed stone. Very well balanced on the palate, great acidity , precise creamy, but not heavy at all. Lemon zest added. Long. Fine.
